A seasoned strategy consultant, Ellie brings a wealth of experience to your organization. In 2023, she returned to Scotland from the heart of Silicon Valley, where she specialized in growing and scaling tech startups (her first client brought in $100M+ in revenue in its first year).

While in San Francisco, she was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she played a pivotal role in diverse projects such as:

• Rebuilding the operating model for a $50BN utility company

• Numerous private equity due diligence deals in software and consumer products

• Building growth strategies for national level non-profits

As a graduate of UC Berkeley, she also founded the university’s first startup incubator for Black students. She has extensive experience in public speaking, bilingual (Chinese/English) panel moderation, and workshop facilitation, and is a strategic advisor to two national non-profits.

When she’s not working, you can find her baking bread, playing jazz double bass as a third of the Hussey Trio, and learning how to write in third person.
